
In a role that gives her exposure to a wide variety of roles within the Harcourts network, Tara’s day to day activities keep her at the forefront of what our people experience each day in our offices.
As a Business Operations Manager, Tara is an effective conduit between the business and the franchise, communicating on all facets of their systems management and application. Out in the field she provides an important task of training people in using the internal systems and providing feedback and research to our developers on any changes and improvements to be done. One of the key responsibilities of her role is to ensure that our offices are aware of the capabilities and uses of our systems. Facilitating regular training sessions at our state office, Tara provides a close approach to her courses ensuring that each student’s questions are answered and all methods are understood.
Undertaking another important role within Harcourts Queensland, Tara is also the Ambassador for the Harcourts Foundation, a benevolent charity established by the organisation to assist individuals and groups. Here she is involved with promoting the charity throughout the offices as well as liaising with the individual groups that we support.
An integral member of the Queensland team, Tara is a key player in delivering an effective business relationship to our franchisees.
